An internationally recognized clarification of the legal status of Southern Cameroons, supported by a competent, accountable, professionally-staffed civic institution.
Three-Year Picture
A network of 1,000+ Civic Leaders, each running a disciplined team of 12, executing a shared operating system across diaspora and home regions.
One-Year Plan
Stand up the operating system: VTO, accountability chart, scorecard, rocks, weekly L10, IDS, processes. Recruit and approve 144 Patriots minimum.
Quarterly Rocks
Seven priority rocks per quarter, each with one accountable owner, milestones, and a green/yellow/red status.
