SCDF is not a party, not a militia, and not a personality cult. It is a structured, documents-first civic movement modeled on serious institutions: a Civic Framework, a civic roles chart, quarterly priorities, an institutional dashboard, an accountability rhythm, and documented processes that anyone can follow.
Why we exist
Decades of confusion have produced emotion without structure. SCDF refuses to confuse passion with progress. We replace slogans with documents, personalities with processes, and complaints with numbers.
