It is a structured, documents-first civic movement modeled on serious institutions: a Vision/Traction Organizer, an accountability chart, quarterly rocks, a weekly scorecard, a meeting pulse, and documented processes that anyone can follow.
Why we exist
Decades of confusion have produced emotion without structure. SCDF refuses to confuse passion with progress. We replace slogans with documents, personalities with processes, and complaints with numbers.
