Purpose: Decolonize Southern Cameroons through legal clarity and disciplined institution-building. Focus: Documents-first civic infrastructure for self-determination.
Ten-Year Target
An internationally recognized clarification of the legal status of Southern Cameroons, supported by a competent, accountable, professionally-staffed civic institution.
Three-Year Picture
A network of 1,000+ Civic Leaders, each running a disciplined team of 12, executing a shared Civic Framework across diaspora and home regions.
One-Year Plan
Stand up the Civic Framework: principles, civic roles, progress dashboard, strategic priorities, weekly review, issue review, documented operating standards. Recruit and approve 144 Patriots minimum.
Strategic Priorities
Seven priorities per quarter, each with one accountable owner, milestones, and a green/yellow/red status.
