1. What SCDF is
SCDF is a peaceful civic, educational, legal-clarity, leadership-development, and institution-building initiative. Our work is the slow, disciplined work of clarity, documents, process, and trained teams — not noise, not personality, not violence.
2. Expected conduct
Participants are expected to be:
- Disciplined — show up, follow process, finish what you start.
- Respectful — toward fellow Patriots, the wider Southern Cameroonian people, and counterparts.
- Coachable — open to correction, willing to revise, focused on improvement.
- Lawful — within the laws of your jurisdiction and within the Southern Cameroons Legal Clarity Framework.
- Aligned with official SCDF guidance, documents, and communications.
3. What SCDF does
SCDF may support, mentor, train, educate, and stand with participants who remain disciplined and within the official framework. SCDF invests its credibility in people who invest theirs in process.
4. What SCDF does not do
SCDF does not promote, encourage, organize, finance, direct, support, or participate in:
- Violence of any kind
- Armed activity
- Threats, harassment, or intimidation
- Property destruction
- Hate speech or incitement
- Unlawful conduct
See the Non-Violence Policy for the full statement.
5. Personal capacity
Unless officially authorized in writing, every participant acts in their personal capacity. You may not speak for SCDF, negotiate for SCDF, fundraise in SCDF's name, organize meetings as SCDF, or commit SCDF to any position or action.
6. Independent action
Anyone acting outside the Southern Cameroons Legal Clarity Framework does so independently and accepts full personal responsibility. SCDF is not liable for individual actions, words, posts, fundraising, meetings, or conduct outside the official framework.
7. Consequences
SCDF may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove a participant from the directory, teams, events, the dashboard, or the platform for conduct that violates this policy or that materially damages the integrity of SCDF's work.
