Assessment Completed
You know where you stand. Become a Patriot to continue.
Requirements
- Take the free 20-question SCDF Builder Assessment.
Unlocks
- Personalized report, classification, downloadable PDF.

2
Patriot
Registered Patriot. Read the white paper and answer the three questions.
Requirements
- Complete Patriot signup.
- Begin the white paper and three questions.
Unlocks
- Patriot dashboard, directory listing, referral code.
Level
3
Active Patriot
Showing up — RSVPing to events or attending meetings.
Requirements
- RSVP to an event in the last 90 days, OR check in to a meeting in the last 30 days.
Unlocks
- Group inbox, event RSVP history, meeting check-ins.
Level
4
Team Builder
Recruiting a team of 12 under official guidance.
Requirements
- Recruit at least 3 Patriots under official guidance.
Unlocks
- Team-of-12 funnel, recruit reassignment, leadership badges.

5
Civic Leader
Twelve approved recruits and at least one hosted meeting.
Requirements
- 12 approved recruits.
- Host at least one meeting.
Unlocks
- Hosted meetings, scorecard, downstream visibility.
Level
6
Regional Leader
Civic Leader with three downstream Civic Leaders in the tree.
Requirements
- Civic Leader status.
- At least 3 downstream Civic Leaders in your tree.
Unlocks
- Regional roll-up reporting, multi-team support.

7
National Contributor
Admin-conferred. Sustained national-level contribution.
Requirements
- Admin-conferred.
- Sustained, nationally significant contribution.
Unlocks
- National coordination, contributor recognition.
Promotion rules
Promotion in SCDF is rule-based and transparent. The same criteria apply to every Patriot.
Promotion IS based on
- Completion of the assessment, white paper, and three questions
- Participation in events and meetings
- Contribution: volunteer hours, hosted meetings
- Team-building: recruits joined, recruits approved, recruits building their own 12
- Leadership behavior: coachable, disciplined, action-oriented
Promotion is NOT based on
- Popularity
- Social-media activity alone
- Personal relationships
- Volume of noise or self-promotion
